My Book ON China IN China — Launch Conference Highlights in Changchun

In March and April 2025, I was invited to a conference upon occasion of the publication of my first book ON China IN China. The conference on the book was organized by Jilin University, Changchun, and People’s Daily Press, my publishing house. The news about the conference and the book filled the social media for some days and made it even into TV.

At the end of the conference, some books had been artfully stapled by the publisher. And some 150 had to be signed at and after the conference. The publisher said the first 100 buyers would receive a signed copy. Hard manual work for me.
